Return and Refund Policy

1.Product Return Guidelines

• We accept returns of new items. Please see the following for guidelines. 
• All new items being returned must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all original packing slips and documentation, and shipped back to the TMCTradingllc return address.
• Used items are sold "as is" and generally we will not accept returns, we take the time to carefully inspect the functionality of all used items and carefully describe the condition. It is the buyers responsibility to carefully read descriptions and review photos of used items before purchasing. However, If you believe these to be in error please reach out, we will work with you to find a resolution.
• Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.
• Materials returned after 10 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
• C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
• Altered, damaged or etched items will not be accepted.
